I wonder if the Styx show will be cancelled.
They just announced a tour with REO Speedwagon and Ted Nugent and they will be playing the Verizon Amphitheater in Virginia Beach on April 27 (tix go on sale this Saturday).
And looking over their tour dates, they will be playing the midwest around the time they are scheduled to play at BGW. And the BGW date isn't even listed on their official website or Facebook page.

Nothing interest me in that concert announcement except for maybe Styxx.
I haven't looked through the whole thread but the "Glory at the Gardens" lineup as been announced as well..

If those tour dates on their official site hold up then I really don't see them playing here just a couple weeks after the date at the VB amphitheater. They have a date scheduled in Lincoln, NE on May 11 and the alleged BGW date is scheduled the day after that on May 12. There is no way they can transport their equipment from that show and drive it to Williamsburg in time for a Sunday show. That drive alone is almost 24 hours long.

As posted above scotty will be preforming on June 30th, but the real news here is that this date was set for a Glory in the Gardens date and is now moved to Busch Gardens Live. Also another date has been announced June 29 - Michael W. Smith. But I think that Michael W. Smith should be on the Glory at the Gardens event instead.
So The latest concert count for BG Live is 9 and Glory at the Gardens is now at 3.

I think the park may have messed up the info on the site. Perhaps there were scheduling conflicts and they could only get Michael W. Smith for the 29th, a BGL concert date, which they haven't moved to GatG concert list yet. In order to counter react that they got Scott for the 30th, a GatG concert date which they did move to the BGL concert list.
I think this is a very reasonable situation, but lets just see where things go from here.

Update on Concert Logistics! After confirming with my sources, the park will be handing out the complimentary seat tickets in the mornings before the show beings. It was also explained that they understand some of those ticket holders may leave or not use the tickets and therefore they will fill those seats right before the show starts.
It seems to me they are looking to make the concerts run more smoothly logistically.

I read these three as a RunDMC tribute group, Third Eye Blind, and Counting Crows. This is the third time I checked on it and I still fool myself
