Noticed the wait times were rather long for many rides today but not BfE. Is there a ride where there is a more direct correlation between the wait time and outside temperature than this ride??

Today in the tunnel waiting for Battle for Eire a group of teenage guys in front of me was blasting explicit rap songs from a speaker in their backpack for the whole queue to hear. There were legit little kids with their grandparents right behind me listening to songs about pounding pussies and stuff. I counted 4 employees that walked through the queue at various points, all clearly hearing the music and the lyrics, and none of them said or did anything. Kinda ridiculous IMO. If I were in charge that shit would’ve been off in seconds.

The park...actually most parks should develop a reporting system much like citys use to report crime that guests could report issues like that as well as safety issues, suspicious activity, people doing things they shouldnt and even employee misconduct. The reported things could be directly sent to the respective areas like security and such. Right now if you tell most employees they just ignore the problem, dont understand or dont care. And there is always the "tell guest relations".....which means issues are hours old.

KD actually does have that. They have “Watch Our World” signs near most restrooms with a number to text with security concerns. There are more of these signs during the Haunt season. I would be happy to see this system become more common in other parks.

Interesting, I’ve never seen them but will look this week.

I think it will operate as normal. The headset technology really isn't that different compared to other attractions that utilize 3-D glasses, many of which are located in Orlando and California and are operating as normal. Either way I'm still avoiding BfE like the plauge, not for sanitary reasons, but rather out of the intense boredom that results from riding.

They do all get washed and sanitized in between uses. I'd anticipate more signage that points that out

The masks get washed and sanitized between each use, but the headsets themselves do not. That's where my concern is. If SeaWorld is worried enough to wipe down entire coaster trains, I don't know how you deal with a delicate piece of tech (can't really be washed down like a coaster train) that is literally at rider's noses and mouths all day long.

Not to mention, you have to touch it with your hands to get on the ride. That's the real big issue.

The quick win would be some kind of plastic bag for each guest with instructions on how to use it... Though that would probably be a bit of a dilemma since that may go against their conservation efforts

I'd also be worried about transmitting the virus to Addie—and then her being a carrier to the Otherworld.

I doubt their immune systems are equipped for such things.

Addie can't get sick.....why?

Imagine all the people that cry on the headsets when Addie says: “Would you look at that? It’s starting to look like home again!” *shudders*
