Those were the same colors for a couple years now, it might have been painted last year along with the renovations, but considering how much was down to Aquitaine last year, I doubt they did it this off-season.

Nope, in person you can very clearly tell that the "spires" are a whiter shade of paint, while the background for the front of La Belle is very clearly a darker grey color. It was not as dark grey as it was last year. Plus it isn't the only hamlet in the park that seems to have gotten more noticeable shades of paint.

Great pictures PR. I love that Hamlet because I feel it immerses you into a real French village (except for Griffon), and you captured the beauty and detail of the hamlet that makes me love it!! :D

I want to thank you for these pictures PR. As I'm sure most have noticed, I've been sad in *thinking* that so many details and quaintness and beauty from the hamlets have been lost. These shots remind me of all the charm and details that are still there- truly amazing! Thank you, thank you, thank you. :)

/Somebody/ just got an idea for fun KD pictures to take... :p

RE: Nic's point about just stringing marketing words together -- a gauntlet has been thrown down!

New Dining Concept -- Croissants and coffee on the Skyride? Crepes in the (Griffon) queue? Complimentary brioche as you exit Le Catapult? Dinner and show at Royal Palace (well, I suppose it could happen)?

 Crepes in the (Griffon) queue?

You would see those crepes again.

Dining in the Dark was a "new dining concept." Farm to Table/Fork was a new (for modern America) dining concept.

I'm not sure what culinary experiences BGW could offer that would be equally revolutionary.

I suppose they might mean new to the park. If that is the case then "concept" is a ridiculous word choice.

Edit: An in-park progressive dinner would be cool. Once again, though, not a "new dining concept."

I've made many mistakes of pronouncing it Aqua-tane, but the proper English pronounciation of the French word is Ackwi-tane.

No, the proper French pronunciation of it is as I wrote above: ahkey-TEHN (more or less). There's no "kw" sound in it. Some regional French pronunciations even add a little "h" sound in the front.

I don't understand why you aren't pronouncing the U, but the ending is more of a 'ton' your ending is pronounced like 'tin' as in Tin-foil.
