I said in another thread somewhere that they should build a coaster along the maintenance road towards the parking lot and big highway sign.I could see them leaving anaconda alone for a while, then using the go-kart/dinos alive plot for a ride. I just hope they don't take down the rest of the woods near grizzly.
Anaconda is fine, it pumps riders through And has one of the highest rider totals in the park every year.I'd like to see Anaconda torn down for one of the new-gen Vekoma multi-loopers like Lech Coaster and Fonix.
So your betting on KD getting Ragin Cajun when Six Fairs pulls the plug on SFA?Counterpoint: Neither BGW nor KD has a spinning coaster, while Virginia will have two inverts after Holzfäller. I think a completely novel ride would be more interesting to guests than a design they’ve ridden before or that is easily available or elsewhere.
I do see a Mack rides water coaster or Mack’s Extreme Spinning Coaster. The spinner would fit nicely in Old Va since the go-carts and Dinosaurs Alive are gone and balance out the park. They also have the empty Days of Thunder building up front by the Eiffel Tower. That would be ideal for a dark ride of some sort. I expect theming upgrades to continue throughout the park. Especially after it gets renamed Six Flags over Kings Dominion. And, some flat rides in JX. There is nothing like the suggested Mack rides in VA.Interesting replies to the inquiry. I don’t see a family woodie coaster coming because we already have Woodstock Express to fill that niche. I don’t see a woodie coming at all because CF just put a lot of money into Grizzly (and to a lesser extent Racer 75). I definitely can’t see a woodie in Old VA. It has one. They already “removed” Hurler for TT.
I too see Kings Dominion getting attractions from SFA and/or SFGA. I would love to get RailBlazer, re-theme it and place it in Old VA.So you’re betting on KD getting Ragin Cajun when Six Fairs pulls the plug on SFA?
So like maybe etched concrete? Where it has the look and texture of cobblestone but much smoother, akin to Banbury Cross’ etched pavement of bricks?pathways throughout look like cobblestone (but flat because injuries),
Yea. Or just flat rounded edged stones with the fill coming up to the height of the stone. So like maybe etched concrete? Where it has the look and texture of cobblestone but much smoother, akin to Banbury Cross’ etched pavement of bricks?
