Probably would’ve been a nice fit for the Twister plot. Part of me wonders if they’re holding off on flats in this area for the sake of not having to install a new ride and keep it fenced off for construction.

Should we revisit the temporary path idea going from the main entrance directly over to the Superman / Ka replacement area? I wonder if they may opt for that and cut off the rest of the boardwalk until substantial upgrades are completed? It may buy them more time.
Doing so means guests no longer walk past all the retail / food outlets on Main Street and along the way. They're not going to want to reduce spending opportunities.

600k would be close to the yearly ridership. 12M / 19yrs = ~631k riders per year.

Might be a hot take but I've kinda thought the idea of a tilt over in movie town was a good idea as a tribute to stuntman's freefall. IF we get an intamin giga I feel like it wouldn't be for quite a while. Old Cedar Fair management is obviously still anti-Intamin (I305 wasn't the main culprit, that honor goes to Shoot the Rapids at Cedar Point), BUT there are already a bunch of Intamin projects that were started by legacy Six Flags. If the company is happy with the results of all those projects then I could see Intamin being on the table again. That being said I think its more likely we would see smaller thrill coaster additions like a blitz to kinda test the waters before they buy a giga from Intamin. But if any of these projects goes poorly.....I think they would just default back to B&M again.
I'm trying out cautious optimism... thinking about how beautiful a layout like Dorney's Flying Dutchman would be............... Maybe if the unmentionable spire goes REALLY well, Jinma could be on the table.................................................................................... Vesuvio Volcano of the States...............................but longer definitely........ even something like Wanda Autopark's 竞速赛车 (northdetective would be okay with one track only) would be nice............................. intense but not hostile to families........... imagine

Mack is definitely on the table for any future addition, there seem to be a big 3 in terms of preferred manufacturers at Six Flags. Those being B&M, Mack, and Vekoma. I've said it in the past already but I really think a Vekoma tilt of some kind is in our future, I would go as far to say I think that's the clear choice for the next ride after Phantom Spire. Two back to back GP magnets should put all eyes back on Great Adventure, hopefully after that the cost of a giga (probably as a replacement for Medusa) could be justified by an influx of guests.
The evacuation walks are going to be super fun!
This would, for me, confirm my suspicion that low-throughput, high-spectacle rides are being installed to encourage Fast Lane purchase. I thought I'd never do it, but I broke today; I paid $499 for all-season Fast Lane Plus. With the prices getting more reasonable and less capacious rides being installed (lines getting longer), I suspect many others will give in and increase parks' income per guest tenfold by buying daily Fast Lane on the spot. I was at Cedar Point for three weekdays this summer and I never saw the posted wait under 90 minutes for Siren's Curse. AlpenFury's layout looks incredible, but I'm worried it also supports the idea of low-capacity headliners being a trend for SFEC
