No, I'm pointing out that a person who encourages a person to do the wrong thing lacks honor.

Asking for a churro isn’t dishonorable. They can easily reply with “no”. No person can make another person perform an action. It comes down to the person that makes the choice.

When I’m walking out of the park and I ask to buy a churro to learn that the registers are closed 10 minutes early, I get offered free churros. Am I going to take a free churro? Of course I am. Is one 4 dollar churro going to kill SW? Sure if I take every single one. You’re acting like the entire company depends on a single fucking churro.

Not sure your point but when the park is still during normal hours and you go in to buy a snack from a snack location that is open and the employee says its free that is one thing. If you walk in asking for a free churro its another.

I'm sure the last thing Sea World wants to hear is that its employees are giving out free food. If you want a Churro, pay for the damn thing. Even if you get them for free, it isn't responsible to encourage a forum to wait untill x o'clock before getting food.

It is being dishonest. You are putting an employee in a situation where they could face consequences. To see you value a free churro over somebody's job disgusts me. Yes, it does come down to a person to make a choice, and your choice shows nothing but disrespect to a struggling Sea World brand and its employee's at task.

Now, back to 2018 changes and projects? Please.
Again, if they are going to close the registers early close the shop, when you walk in and there is popcorn, nachos and churros in the self service machines as well as the freestyle machines are still working. You fill your refillable cup, grab a churro and get in line. Then the person is telling everyone "your good" and "its free" what are you as a customer suppose to do. Go put the churro back in the warmer, pour the drink back in the machine somehow?

If people really want to continue to debate the ethics of free snacks at BGW, I suggest they create a new thread. None of this has anything to do with 2018 park changes.

Let's please get this discussion back on track. I imagine people must have observed interesting things today at the Sneak Peek.

From the pictures/videos: I noticed that the blue snack stand in Oktoberfest looks really bright plus the return of the maypole is an improvement, the candy shop in Rhinefeld is still closed, Toys O' The Leprechaun and it's new sign is really nice and appealing, the new Battle for Eire merchandise at the Pot O'Gold is awesome and I want that big Ollie the Dragon plushie. :)

Anything else I may have missed?

Well that went off the rails! I came to the thread excited about learning any news from those at the park today and found...an argument about churros. If I want an argument about churros I’ll go to Facebook. I still can’t even figure out why the park has churros. Anyway, anything new? Photos? Madrid announcements? Anything?

BGWFans's Twitter posted a bunch of stuff today.

I saw some cool, new merchandise for both Nessie and BfE.

Anything on the new donuts?
The machine is there, looks like a whole new hood fire suppression system has been installed. On the roof is a very noticeable exhaust system with a walkway that is very visible. I know someone was told today it was broken for electrical issues but the hood dump system discharge tubes are covered which leads me to believe it has not been inspected. Its a very small machine but it can actually produce a decent amount of doughnuts. No prices or flavors were posted.

The widened walkways near first aid and the Heatherdowns train station were much needed and look good. The new bar by the candy shop to me looks like it will cause more of a traffic jam than where it was across the other side. I miss the planter in front of the Festhaus but it will make putting the Halloween bar up easier. Makes me wonder if the tree area will be done differently this year for Christmas Town. The new menu items at Festhaus look good, the ribs pictured look to have a sauce on them but the ones served dont appear to have any. Grogans was a circus so didnt really get a look at the beers there or pint club. There were tons of the Members T shirts left in Ireland at park close. The new cars on Loch Ness look good, they need the orange stripe but to me they gave a rougher side to side ride. I never remember hitting my ears as much as I did today.

If you click the social media links on the side, you don't need to log in.

Well, hot damn! I have a feeling 90 year olds actually have better social media skills than I do.
