"Fury gelato?" I am both intrigued and terrified! I'm all for trying new stuff. I had a agriculture teacher my freshman year of high school whose favorite saying was "Don't knock it 'til you try it." Granted, he was normally using this reasoning for explaining why he once tried sheep testicalls but that's besides the point... :sick:

We didn't find it when we were at Caro, so I can't comment on how it actually tastes.

I really enjoyed it at KD. It tasted like French toast, but had the consistency of fudge.
Is that what Caro's was like?

Chef Paul told us that he plans to introduce new toppings for the funnel cakes later in the season. Hopefully, they will be as good as good as last year's specialty funnel cakes.

We just heard from Chef Paul that the peach funnel cake will stay around for "a bit," until he decides to try something new.

I noticed a new banner on the Dining page on the park's website. Glad to see Chef Paul getting some recognition for all his hard work.

For anyone who purchases the souvenir cup this year, I was informed by a family member that KD is now making guests wait 10 minutes before they can get another free refill on the day of purchase. I guess too many people were taking advantage of the promotion. That's a shame but I normally wait that long in line for a refill anyways so it won't affect me too much.

We just published a Fall culinary update on the KDFans main page. It includes a short review of Tower Tastings, as well as a look forward to Chef Paul's plans for the rest of the 2015 season.
Honestly now i want funnel cake XD. But seriously i like hearing how interactive Chef Paul seems to be with giving KD some new foods, and how passionate he seems to be about keeping the culinary department standards high.
