honestly, I don't expect any major for 2013 other than the new Festhaus Park Amphitheater, a renovated Black Forest pavilions, and some significant advancements to the Festhaus.

a new Festhaus Park Amphitheater would probably require the removal of both Drachen Fire buildings. I imagine a venue similar to that of The Kingswood amphitheater at KD.

Don't expect a back to back coaster year for 2014. But I am speculating that Busch is planning on building another outdoor amphitheater then they probably have plans to get rid of the Royal Palace theater. It's a waste of space. Too big for everyday in-park entertainment to justify it size and use. And its too small to be a true concert venue. I think we could maybe see the disappearance of the RPT by 2015 for a France expansion. I would want to see more shopping, a small flat ride, and a small cafe/coffee shop themed theater venue similar to the San Marco theatre except indoors.

Yeah! That was the large amount land I was talking about that I think they own! DEFINITELY possible.

The only problem I see with that area is its close proximity to the Kingsmill golf course. Granted it's only 5 holes. The only way I could see using that property would be to use the northwestern part of the property and leave the rest relatively undisturbed. I think it could be a possible resort location as well. Anything more so developed would be a nuisance to golfers and we all know how much kingsmill loves bgw.

Honestly... I'm actually anticipating the removal of RPT. That will open up allot of room. You could fit a few more shops, a small eatery, a small indoor cafe themed singing parlor, and a small family thrills coaster.

We'll expand one day into thos lands to the east of the park. I don't expect that though for another 10 to 15 years though.

someone already said that there is something like a fence or some wall the separates the park from the rest of the park. idk though. maybe...

I agree with you. Besides, there really isn't enough space there anyways. Let's also not forget that they use the bottom of Pompeii for HoS storage and as a maze.
