RE: 2012 Coaster (Name To Be Discovered)

I believe that this coaster will still be awesome. I have a question. When BBW was built was it deforested and reforested? Or did they just build the attraction around the already standing forest?

I believe they tried to cut down as little trees as possible but if you look at the old 1980's promos for the Wolf, you will see that the area was much clearer of trees than it was later in its lifetime.

Throughout the plans they constantly talk about not disturbing trees. They had the drawings marked exactly to which trees could be removed. Believe me they want to preserve every tree they can.

I understand they want to conserve every tree that they possibly can. My point is that I believe that even if they do deforest some of the area, it is not impossible for them to reforest the area.

Yea, I saw dump trucks coming in and out all day..

RE: 2012 Coaster (Name To Be Discovered)

They have to grade the land before they can pour the slab down for the fx building.

RE: 2012 Coaster (Name To Be Discovered)

Its probably just to level the ground out so they can poor an even foundation for the event building

RE: 2012 Coaster (Name To Be Discovered)

That's exactly what it is... It's never a good idea to pour concrete on an unlevel (and in less elaborate cases) an unsmooth surface.

RE: 2012 Coaster (Name To Be Discovered)

basic way a building goes up first level everything second dig a trench around the exterior third pour footer for exteroir walls then add blockwork on your footer higher than the top of your slab.this is optional, then run electric pipes and communication pipes and so fourth,if they put pipes in ground make building go up alot faster.then relevel dirt add plastic onto then rebar mess ontop of plastic.then they poor the slab.

That'd be the effing worst marketing tactic ever.

No. I'm not going anything more on your theory. Though I understand your desperation for SOMETHING official about this ride...
