Yeah I have no idea what to expect based off the brief video we have so far. But I will just wait and see till when it opens. It seems like a lot of B&M Hypers are difficult to judge off animation until they finally open.

Imho saying its a bad name without any real justification is quite frankly coming across as 'I don't like it and I feel entitled."
I think he was trying to convey that he doesn't like it, as his opinion is that he doesn't like it.
I, too, feel entitled to an opinion on whether or not I like the name.

But that could just be my interpretation.

(On a side note, the name is kinda weak sauce. It strikes me as childish, but I also struggle to think of a better name. Perhaps that's the curse of naming things after candy, but whaddayagonnado)

Btw just to the right of where the walkway is will be the Kisses Fountain. The ride will crossover about where the third picture is taken prior to hitting the Service Brake.

The majority of the end of ride footers are down, and they're working their way back towards Ridge Road at the moment.

Was there on Friday. SO, SO much left to do to build out the area.

Cool to see the ride's transfer track and final station approach hovering there, though.

With Candymonium being just the first major ride of Chocolatetown, what type of future attraction do you want to see Hersheypark add in future that they currently don't have? One that came to mind for me was a B&M Flyer or an RMC coaster (maybe one of their new single rail coasters). Perhaps they could build a bigger, more dedicated, "kiddie" land and move some of the current children rides (such as Cocoa Cruiser, Convoy, etc) over to this new area. Also keep in mind that when they acquired the golf course, that also includes the land on the other side of the re-routed Park Boulevard, so they have a lot of space to work with.

A really cool view that I screenshot from Hersheypark Connoisseurs off Facebook:

Awesome! Looking at the plans, I'm guessing that first bridge is just temporary. I believe that's the spot where the fountain and Candymonium helix are going to be.

I found the location of that first picture on Google Street View. Man, that view is gonna change! Such a cool vantage point for cars that will drive down Park Boulevard.
