Time to see who else is interested in buying up parks I suppose. Wonderland out in Amarillo, TX is officially up for sale. Local news story:

Probably smart of these small parks to put themselves up now, if they were even remotely thinking about it, before SF starts it's liquidation.

Park will be sold to local operator 360 Parks, who's managing partners have had hands in working at New Jersey parks for years. City Council just okay'ed an initial 15-year lease with two optional 15-year extensions. A final deal will close in the new year, the park is safe.
