Wild Days seemed to be just ignored a lot this year. All the effort went to the three bigger headline events. No love for the smaller events.

I did the breakfast, and it was pretty basic. He brought up animals, talked about them, and so on. It's pretty much a thing you'll only enjoy if you like animals. That being said, I wish I could have seen the looks of some of the ent execs if they saw what some of the animals were doing to the stage. :p

Agree totally, and I do enjoy the breakfasts, it's just that for a few years there Wild Days also included mini outdoor animal exhibits/shows, with animals not normally at BGW (which you probably already know, just pointing out my reason for disappointment).

I would've just called this year's event a Jack Hanna breakfast, not Wild Days, because it sounds like that's all it was, and the park couldn't get information straight about the event on either the website or via customer service staff. There's little to no chance even Wild Days like the first year (I still have my pawprint fan from that year, yes I'm a park geek:shy:)) could begin to compete with HOS, nor should it try. I wonder if maybe Jack just wasn't available at another time between Illuminights and HOS.?
