During the Spring and early Summer, there was a webcam attached to the top of Griffon (at the 90 degree drop) focusing down on the drop itself and the boomerang back. The webcam was later moved to the Festhaus Park stage where it resided for one (maybe two?) concerts before technical difficulties caused the temporary project to end itself. There are plans to have it back during future events like last year's Christmas Town, but that's a bit away still to be thinking about. :)

When I did not know about these boards. That would have made my summer classes online a fair more interesting.

It was a really good view of Griffon and a really high quality feed. I was looking forward to having a stable of webcams around the park to choose from, but alas, that was not to happen. Maybe in the future.

Webcams around the park sure would help me driving from Suffolk if it was crowded so I could wait till another day or see when it has leaned out.

I liked looking at the park when I was unable to be there... just because it made me happy. Something about seeing a coaster full of happy, screaming people flying down towards coaster bliss could make the very worst day seem better.

Again, I have no idea why the cam in no longer operational. On my review of the Coaster Tour last time, I asked this very question..."Will you please bring back the webcam to BGW?"

But on second thought.. it may have been a trial and error kind of thing. My guess is when their new upgraded website takes hold (when all the Seaworld Parks get an upgrade) we may see more elaborate system of webcams. That would be "simply... awesome" to paraphrase an old 80's tune.

A series of webcams set up around the parks would be good. It would give people the chance to view parts of the park who could not be there, or just to see what that part of the park is at that time. However, a cam set-up to run 24/7 would be interesting too, its too bad that might never happen.

It would have been great last year at the spot where those bungie guys came out of the fog/trees in new france.

I would love to see webcams on all the coasters, but specifically of course, I would like to see a webcam tracking the progress of construction for this new project coming our way here in 2011... and 2012.

Camera shots all over the park. Kind of reminds me of the long-lost Project Dragonfly, eh?

Thanks for all the encouragement guys anf hopefully in about 7 years ill be a mechanic for BGW. I wish all your dreams will come true too.( kinda Cheesy right)
