Quite the funny name ("we have Falcon's Flight at home"), but this is spectacular! Super impressive just how minimal amount of launch hardware is needed thanks to the terrain. Go Waldameer!!
The track in the video is confusing, this is the same model as Big Bear or Werewolf Gorge right?
Yep, it should be the same as those. The rendered track is just the standard family boomerang track style that's built into NoLimits 2. I guess they hadn't updated it for the launched variant yet.

gorgeous anti-slop. Pennsylvanian thoosies have it so good. it would've been so easy for them to just slap down a family boomerang and call it a day

Well, Waldameer just earned a return visit the next time I'm in Pennsylvania. While this would still be a good addition at a larger park, it's a perfect addition for a midsize park and complements the other offerings there extremely well. Plus, dare I say this actually looks like it might be better from a coaster perspective than Werewolf Gorge (though the latter has a stronger overall package).

I mean Waldameer has up until this week (hopefully resolved at least) been building their Vekoma coaster with zero permits issued, so it wouldn't be completely unheard of.
Where were you looking? I was unable to find a way to lookup permits in Millcreek Township online.

Hopefully @TPoseOnTantrum knows something I don't, but I'll jump in here too since I've done some of my own digging over the last couple months.

I don't know of any online portal for building permits or the planning approval process. All I know how to pull from afar for Millcreek are meeting agendas which can give us a little insight into the broad planning process and zoning alteration approvals which likely aren't even relevant for this project.

I've been working off the assumption that the picnic shelter redevelopment plan we saw approved a few months ago likely encompassed this project too? No one ever pulled the actual docs for that plan approval as far as I'm aware so who knows what it actually proposed. If they were granted site development permission for this coaster under that plan, everything else on the public record could probably just come down to building permits which, again, I haven't found any way to locate from afar.

Re: They told ACE at the event last weekend that they hadn't yet attained construction permits outright and were intending to resolve that during the coming week. I guess the reasoning is Ravine Flyer II went through like 18 years of red tape hurdles and they decided they didn't have 18 years to ask permission. I don't really know specifics.
