You would think so, but since it /just/ happened it could very well be kept under wraps for now. I'm sure we will learn the true extent of everything later today.

Don't know if police would have to show up or not but something illegal doesn't need to occur for them to be brought on scene. If they weren't then I'm wrong but the paramedics would still be notified which would necessitate a call am report.
