RE: Verbolten

"boarding guests: please step carefully into the seats directly in front of you, pull your harness down, over your lap. At this time, please let go of your harnesses so they may be checked for you. Ladies and gentlemen, for your safety, loose articles are not permitted on verbolten... Enjoy your drive through the Black Forest!" Or something along those lines

RE: Verbolten

"Verbolten...It's Dark Out There..."

I must say that bridge looks so nicely dilapidated and "unsafe," it really does fake out the riders and the viewers of that final drop that there's trouble. If I recall from the concept art, there is some more theming to be added to it, like stop signs etc, correct?

There was also mention a long time back about on-board audio (not just video recording) on the trains, has that been confirmed?

RE: Verbolten

Well remember, the story is that you're driving through the German countryside when something goes wrong that sends into the Black Forest. They also are telling you, throught the queue, to stay out of the Black Forest. So, with that in mind, would itn't be counterproductive to tell you "Enjoy your trip through the Black Forest" after saying stay out of the Black Forest?

"Now, enjoy your DETOUR of adventure on Verbolten!"
Plausible...

RE: Verbolten

"Enjoy your tour of the German country side, but whatever you do, STAY AWAY FROM THE BLACK FOREST!"

RE: Verbolten

"You're all gonna DIE!!!!!!!!"

......ahem...sorry about that. Continuing the morbid theme I got going on here. As I was trying to go to sleep last night, I thought a funny tv spot for Verbolten. It would show people on the train entering the event building normally, but exiting as skeletons. I know it's stupid, but I was sleepy and weird things are funnier when you're sleepy.

RE: Verbolten

I just realized, maybe the gnomes in the preview video were hinting to Entwined, since Entwined has gnomes in it.

RE: Verbolten

The park posted this link on their Facebook page: http://wtvr.com/2012/03/22/virginia-this-morning-busch-gardens-verbolten/. Nothing we don't know, just wanted to post it if anyone is interested. I like what Larry says in the video though: "The coaster folks are just excited about it, they can hardly contain themselves." BGWFans.com reference? :p
