RE: Verbolten

I can confirm that the roof for the building is up. There's a photo on the news website.

Lookin' good to me!

Also, I know you guys already posted the video the park released of the trains. You guys can view photos of the green train over at Behind the Thrills.

It's a shame anyone wouldn't like the trains. I'm personally diggin' the green train's racing stripes. I kind of wish they would have put the "Wolf XING" plate on the red car though since Wolf's track was red after all!

RE: Verbolten

I like the exterior details on the trains, but I don't really like the colors except the red one. I wish the exterior paint job was a little more distressed to look more realistic because the other details are so nice. They are just too bright. Still, the level of themeing for a coaster at BG is very nice.

They are brand new, over time they will more than likely fade some and get dirty.

Probably cause he is either an employee or knows one. I can also confirm that the roof is up.

Yes... something like that. Heck, everyone will see it Saturday.

A lot more cool pictures and video here. http://www.buschgardensnews.com/page/verbolten

RE: Verbolten

Sometimes I think about the park visitors that don't keep up with any of this stuff. I mean, like the ones who have never heard or seen of Verbolten until they happen upon it in the park.

I kind of envy the experience they're gonna have on a ride like this. Haha. :)

RE: Verbolten

Wow. I can't believe the Larry Giles plates on the yellow train are actually real! Also, looks like the green plates FAL NROX (Falling rocks). Looks like we know another thing to expect in the event building! (Even though it was hinted at in the videos)

RE: Verbolten

I didn't think he designed anything? Isn't he just a financial specs type guy? Most high-up engineers do more excel work with data from formulas, etc while the lower guys do the designs. I know this is the case in one local Civil Engineering firm, but don't know if this applies to Busch at all.

RE: Verbolten

i still dont know about the larry giles plate. i mean obviously its on the front of the car but the letters dont look right and they are a lot smaller than the letters on the plates of the other cars so who knows...

BTW love this pic

RE: Verbolten

By the way, does anyone know the 5th train color? Like a solid confirmation? We have confirmed (in the video and prior) yellow, red, orange, and green. Is blue definite? Or was it just a guess?
