this is what i have from my source.
1. no sort of testing has happened yet
2. Trains are not in the storage bins yet.
3. they are running 1 week behind schedule.
4. the theming elements are still being put in place due to someone forgetting to put the theming supports in and can't now with the closed roof therefore somestuff has to be dry hung.
5. verbotlen is cursed by BBW :p

1. testing is underway...just not the testing everyone thinks is going on
2. storage bins? Do you mean their barn? 2 are in fhp
3. in some ways yes...in some ways no...the event building is running behind because of the iron workers...electrical is ahead
4. dry hung? you must mean dead hung. and yes. because of several people missing this key issue, they've had to make sacrifices. it wasnt a singular person that forgot to implement such things. Scenic elements are now.. as in today.. being installed. not still...today is the first day..
5.dumb

I am very disappointed.

RE: Verbolten

A white train would look awesome in the black light in the event building.

Here I go:
1 - Testing has happened, but like ivybrit put it, not the kind people are thinking of.
2 - I don't recall trains ever being put in storage bins since day 1 of arrival. they were covered in tarps. Anyways my intake is they have 3 on site or at least on park property. That much we know.
3 - Yeah, I'm sure they could be, but honestly it is not that bad. They have been working really well, they'll probably be back on track in a week or two.
4 - Basically, there are no supports to hold up the themeing because they didn't install the supports at the right time. If this is true, then they couldn't have installed any themeing, until that is when they got some supports or something up.
5 - Not cursed, they still have time to open the ride by Memorial Day weekend.

As for the Facebook contest, wish I could do it. I know I would have been chosen, had I met the requirements. Anyways, what do you think will consist of this tour? Will they walk in the event building? Walk into the station?

Hey, I found this really cool and interesting Verbolten RCT3 video. It actually looks pretty sweet. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14me-Att-6o

I think everybody here who is able to go and wants to go should email them. I can't since I don't live in the area, but it sounds like everybody has a shot as long as they don't mention that they are part of BGWFans. This honestly doesn't sound like something a lot of people will be entering, but I could be wrong.

I just watched the video on YouTube and I think it is one of the best ones out there and they also got the timing down to what we think it going to be.
