RE: Verbolten

The construction of Mach Tower was slow...but the ride isn't a waste.

Sorry to get off topic. :)

RE: Verbolten

Don't forget, there is still a boat load of theming to go... They probably are wanting to get all the track up before some realy cold weather hits to slow them down and saving detail work (inside the station, themed bridge, event building) for when they can't put steel up

RE: Verbolten

Hey guys.... I'm new here! This forum has caught me up to date! I'm glad your site is here because BGW releases nothing!

[Cleaned up your post (spelling, grammar, caps lock, etc.). Not only do things like this make you look immature but it also make the forums look unprofessional. ~Swiftman]

RE: Verbolten

Yes, if you have your camera or even your cell phone camera will work. With the way the weather is right now they can have a lot of steel up in 4 or 5 days. What will slow them down will be the cold temps, which causes the steel to contract to the point were they can't put the final pieces of steel in place.

RE: Verbolten

Im going to redo the drop pic in paint, but without the bridge portion to take some of the clutter away...

RE: Verbolten

I know this has nothing to do with verbolten but i did some exploring today and found out that seaworld has applied for two trademark names

Slippity dippity ---to be used as a attraction name

Roll out the barrel -----to be used as a show name

RE: Verbolten

I remember seeing it somewhere, but I forget. Could someone please remind me of how steep that drop is going to be? Thanks.

RE: Verbolten

They're going to be building a bridge that high up for the coaster to travel thru??

RE: Verbolten

dffan, those are great conceptions. That is exactly how I pictured it in my mind. By the way, I have a strong feeling two of the trains are on site at the park already under heavy lock and missing key.

RE: Verbolten

Probably in the maintenance wearhouse (the building closest to the train tracks as you leave caribou station)

RE: Verbolten

Some might look at my pics and think the steepness is overdramatic...but in reality, that's just the angle...as steep as it looks that's only about a 55-60ish degree angle...ill have to do another with a more subtle curve drop with closer to 50 degrees, but I do think these are gonna be close....with the brakes in the bridge your not gonna take that initial dive at more than 15mph...even if the video makes it seem that your accelerating off of it...
