They should have the companies, not individual parks, be represented

No. SWTx and SWO have a much better social media presence then BGW.

I was thinking instead of BGW, BGT, SWO, SWSA, and SWSD, they should just have Seaworld Parks and Entertainment

That's excessive to put all those parks under one social media entity.

I really don't care or need info from Facebook or Twitter updates for parks that I rarely visit and I don't really want them to litter my social media news feed.

That would mean having updates from all the parks when you most people would only need 1 or 2.

I say they just let me take over their social department. Whoever does it now clearly has no idea how the process works.

Actually, I vote Shafor.

RE: Verbolten

If anyone was wondering, it isn't possible to get on Carter's Grove Country Road to get a glimpse of the track in the employee lot (with a car that is....). Both of the entrances are blocked (the Ron Springs Dr. entrance with a chain and the S. England St. entrance with a gate - due to the residency of a Bruce Hornsby. If anyone lives on Kingsmill or has access (like I do - friend lives there), you can park at the Wareham's Pond Pool and walk to the CGC Rd.

RE: Verbolten

Cool... Thanks... I was thinking and thought that maybe someone could build a r/c airplane with a camera on it... The plane would have to have good range because you would have to fly it off bgw property... Or, if you had a good bit of money, you could buy this drone (www.sensefly.com/products/swinglet-cam/ ) and have it fly over bgw remotely

That's a rather epic idea. I would love to see BGW's reaction to that one.

RE: Verbolten

I know... I would put the plane together myself if I had the time... They would probably know after it happened, but unless you were flying it really low, they wouldn't know when you were flying it

RE: Verbolten

Currently, privately owned drones are under the same laws from the FAA as recreational aircraft... I also looked up the price for that Sensefly drone and it comes to 11470.75 dollars... I'm sticking with the adapted airplane

RE: Verbolten

^That one is pretty damn expensive.... I've heard that there is one you can buy for cheaper though. I'll have to see about finding it again.

RE: Verbolten

I found one... 300 bucks, but you need wifi to fly it because you use an ios or android device to control it

RE: Verbolten

If anyone is really interested in doing this (which, knowing BGWFans, someone is) the best solution I've found (for the money) would be to strap one of these to one of these. That would give you about 25 minutes of flight time with a maximum range of about 1000 meters recorded in 720p HD at 30FPS. Not bad for under $200. The video looks pretty good too. Demo

That is actually the one I was talking about.

Swift, sounds like a good idea - I'm going to look more in depth into it, but the money is definitely an issue. If anyone decides to do this though and need a good starting point for flight, I can get that person into Kingsmill, near the back of the Busch - right behind Drachen Fire's old site.

RE: Verbolten

If anyone cares to see the drop section in action, I would suggest watching this from IAAPA yesterday. The Zierer section starts at like 9:05
