First, not everyone can get warm, regardless of the number of layers.  I, for example, am cold the entire time I am at CT.  Conversely, heat doesn't bother me at all.

Second, in my experience, the longer you sit in a cold place, the more the temperature affects you.  It feels as if the cold is seeping into your bones.

I have to say that I found Miracles physically uncomfortable last year.  I can only imagine how much worse this will be for people like me.
I am the same way.Even though the show sounds awesome but the cold is physically painful to me. This has whats been holding me back from attending CT. Maybe this year i will Brave it for my daughter to see it.

CT is beautiful, but cold nights can be brutal for me. The train is especially bad, because the seats are metal. If you do go, obviously be sure to wear warms layers, but also consider bringing a warm scarf or something to lay across the train bench.

Also, warm drinks help me a lot.

Agreed 100%. One of my ONLY gripes about Scrooge No More was that the child actor got borderline distracting. It got to the point where the show seemed to focus too much on his age alone, saying "Look at this cute kid we hired! Ain't he adorable?!"

Whereas using a child actor to play a crucial part in a telling of A Christmas Carol may have been unavoidable, I can't see how such a necessity will arise in this show. This makes me fear that the show will employ children skating around just to further flaunt the "cuteness" card.

BGT's Christmas Ice Show had kids in it as elves. I have to say they weren't entirely that bad, at least they didn't talk. I don't get why BGW took up that idea too, I would've preferred them not to. But I seriously hope this show comes out better than BGT's Christmas on Ice, I was not impressed by that.

Two rules in theater...
1. No kids: Kids = back stage moms. They are evil and always in the way.
2. No animals: They do not take direction well and inevitably screw up their blocking by running into the audience.

The only acceptable exception to these rules are when the show is so bad that you need distractions.

Oh s$&@! Elvis Stojko! I remember his Olympic career. He was very entertaining and extremely talented...well, one of the best in the world. Like Scott Hamilton, he was known for backflips. I'd see the show now just 'cuase he's in it.

A permit has been filed for what I believe is the extension of the RPT stage for 'Twas that Night. I say that because Pete Dunklee said at the announcement last month that they were "bringing the ice into the crowd." So I would imagine it will be similar to the Kinetix/Imaginque stage extensions/runways, except with ice this time around. Anyways, here's a screenshot of the permit:

Interesting... it appears as if they are extending the stage outward for the ice rink. Also, I'm very intrigued by how they plan to construct a facade around the stage. This show is interesting to say the least.

I was thinking the same thing James. One missed triple axel and somebody would have an ice skater in their lap.

Remember folks, it's not an ice skating competition. It's a show on ice. Think Disney ice shows. Those rinks aren't that big either and when you think of the type of play this is I doubt we are going to be seeing any crazy olympic style moves.

Here are the pictures I have compiled of the 'Twas That Night construction as of this past Sunday, after waiting in a very long Catacombs line:

As you can see, the stage extension is coming along, new lighting has been installed, and work is happening in a nearby planter which corresponds to this digging ticket. I don't know what exactly the work is for, other than a planned foundation/footer at this point though. Hopefully we will find out soon.

Also, permits have been filed for the ice surface and cooling system.
