I know this isn’t related to the project, but I couldn’t find a state of the park thread. The park is looking good, wildcat is running fast, skyrush has been pretty reliable, same with Storm runner (my first hydraulic launch). Parks looking good! If there is a state of the park thread, can a mod move this there? Also, wildcat might be my moms favorite coaster.

I nade a late summer trip up there a couple days ago. It was mid week with the crowds very lite. The park was clean and most rides were running very efficiently even if some were only on one teain ops. I nade it a point to say goodbye to Tidal Force and was struck by the crowd that it was pulling despite running multiple cars it was still at least a two or three cycle line every time I went by. I completely understand why it's being removed but I am also a string advocate that parks need dry side wet rides during the summer months so I hope that they will invest in something that fills thst bill in the future other the Coal Cracker. I finally was surprisingly able to fit on Fahrenheit and Stormrunner. Loved Stormrunner could take or leave Fahrenheit. Also want to say that while a few coasters or rides were down and staffing was an issue as both maintenance and security staff were helping support ride ops most they really appeared to be pushing to have as much open as possible.
Finally I want to give a big shout out snd thank you to their online guests services support team. I ordered my tickes and parking online late the night before going and somehow goofed and double purchased parking. I sent them a email explaining the situation and taking responsibility for not reading through every line before hitting confirm. Within 24hrs I had a response back thanking me for my visit and fully refunding the accidental second purchase. I want to be fully clear while the site was set up a little clunky leading to my confusion and the double purchase this was 100% a ME mistake and that purchase was technically supposed to be NONREFUNDABLE Hershey didn't have to do this and honestly while I decided to reach out to them I wasn't expecting an answer at all let alone a refund processed within 24hrs so big kudos to them for going beyond what they had to do.

I wouldn't really consider Tidal Force a dry side wet ride, even if it's technically accessible outside the water park area. You get absolutely soaked, and I couldn't imagine riding it in anything but a swimsuit.
