That's definitely the million dollar question right now—what does the turnover look like? Are there things Six Flags has to demo or remove from the site (especially licensed IP stuff)? Are there things they still want? Lots of questions.
"Focus on Entertainment and mixed use" might also leave open the possibility of something being saved though I would think water park related would be far more likely then anything from the dry side.
 
I thinking that if this is focus on enetertinament and mixed use, I can see something like that statefarm stadium entertainment complex from Arizona (you can keep the water park but anything else is that, not to mention that guy is part of nba)

I have seen a lot of FB posts on this, and A LOT of commenters did not catch in the articles what @Zachary pointed out that this will not be the park reopening and have chose to argue with people that "we don't really know" or go into full denial mode and the park reopening is only a matter of time (while also ignoring the fact that Six Flags is strip mining the park).
 
I can see it becoming something with an E-gaming arena. IIRC Durant is involved in the Baltimore arena and I know they wanted to do that at one point.
