Their general audience doesn't know what a "giga" coaster is. The only people being misled are gullible enthusiasts and SDC knows it's a way to drive additional views / traffic from that community. Use some common sense and think about the market they serve and it's not hard to tell it's tongue in cheek. I don't see the problem with them poking a little fun at the common "giga confirmed" reaction.
If it really is a giga, I will be incredibly shocked as I don't find that tease to be serious in any way.
The most recent teasers have included video footage shot towards the park and Table Rock Lake from the Indian Ridge area. For me, that lends additional credence to the theory they will build a resort there.

This is a pretty big deal. The park has already sent a lot of money on infrastructure to regrade and expand parking lots, improve the tram network, Reduce traffic backups at the entrance, and build dorms for employees. Now, they have announced a decent sized resort hotel that looks quite similar to some other offerings closer to Branson East, but with added benefits associated with being near and supported by the area's premier attraction. With a 10 year plan in the works, I would expect 2 or 3 other MAJOR announcements in the coming years. It looks like SDC is working towards becoming a park that draws in more visitors from the east and west coasts. In order to do this, the park will need to build out significantly, as the regional crowd already does a good job of filling the park on a good day.

With the continued mention of "developing 1200 acres" I would at the very least expect a new area to be built onto the park, if not a new gate entirely.

Three easy upgrades for the park would include adding a themed indoor bumper car ride into the building next to Tom & Hucks Splash Battle, A Flying Scooter ride next to Outlaw Run, and a new kiddy Wheel in the empty ride pad near next to Hugo and Mary's Carousel. Three family attractions for everyone spread around the park. I would also connect Wilsons Farm with Hugo Street and add a path from Wildfire to Powderkeg. I would replace the old FITH building and build a new Silver Dollar City Saloon, which way to small. The new Saloon would be larger, have a new menu with bar snacks, wings, nachos and such and have indoor restrooms. Then in 2027 I would replace Powderkeg with an Intamin LSM Launch Coaster. Powderkeg 2.0.

On board with a larger saloon and more family flats around the park.

It looks like they're doing clearing behind Outlaw Run and maybe moving some storage areas around back of house, so maybe a larger loop between Fire in the Hole 2.0 and Outlaw Run's station is coming? Similar to how Dollywood made a loop at the back of their park as a multi-year project.
