Judge orders SeaWorld to pay Sesame Workshop millions of dollars
It’s not the only lawsuit SeaWorld has dealt with this Summer.
All this time I could have just asked for it to be removed!?!Wait, they are defending the 5% surcharge by saying the plaintiff did not ask for the surcharge to be removed or reduced?!?!?
Could you imagine how half-assed the Sesame Place Parks would be re-themed.Surprise addition coming to BGW in 2025: the ALL-NEW Shamu’s Happy Forest of Fun.
They're already rethemeing SW San Antonio's Sesame area. SWSD's was de-themed of Sesame stuff, basically just BGW/BGT/SWO remains?Could you imagine how half-assed the Sesame Place Parks would be re-themed.
Don't forget about Sesame Place Philadelphia and Sesame Place San Diego. They're already rethemeing SW San Antonio's Sesame area. SWSD's was de-themed of Sesame stuff, basically just BGW/BGT/SWO remains?
Which is just a Sesame place re-skin of the Aquatica Water ParkSesame Place San Diego.
yeah, but its still technically a Sesame Place park.Which is just a Sesame place re-skin of the Aquatica Water Park
I wonder if Universal would buy the rights, since they have them in Universal Studios Japan and Singapore? Maybe also be interested in acquiring the Sesame Place parks - after all, they're using that model for Universal Kids Frisco and Comcast's home turf is in Philly. The San Diego park is 3-ish hours away from USH but I could see some crossover appeal.Don't forget about Sesame Place Philadelphia and Sesame Place San Diego.
As someone who has worked in merch in the past, it is programmed into the system to add it automatically but it *could* be removed. Ambassadors just weren’t allowed to do so.All this time I could have just asked for it to be removed!?!
I don't know what to wording of these agreements are, but it really seems to me with what is going on at SWSA that there is a very potential future that has the companies going separate ways. I imagine there are other brands that are willing to pay for the IP that would actually pay for them, as opposed to crying "poor me" and refusing to pay for whatever ever reason they make up.
