That honestly sounds like a corporate-wide, not-park-specific announcement.

My theory is a restating of all of their already-announced-for-2027 additions across the chain, plus anything for parks they haven't announced yet (possibly including AFO).

Long-shot is the sale of additional parks to "focus on our core properties and deliver the best experience possible," backed up by these yet-to-be-announced additions.

I mean why else would they say it'll "turn heads"? Like no one's going to give a shit about a recap announcement and I feel like they know that.

SFMM announcement is September 10th so I don’t think it’d make much sense for it to be a recap announcement, but I definitely do think this is something chain wide.

I do not think they would hype up something with the phrase "reinforce Six Flags' position as the home of world-class thrills," and then that thing turns out to be "we are selling parks."
Yeah it sounds like a ride announcement of some kind. The statement that it'll "turn heads" makes me think it'll be unexpected/out of the blue kinda like the announcement of Siren's Curse. Like this more than likely isn't the Magic Mountain thrill glider announcement as that is set for Thursday.

Breaking: Six Flags has (2) announcements coming this week that we're excited to share with you.

Announcement #1 - Monday: “A way Six Flags will make unforgettable experiences more accessible for families than ever before.”

Announcement #2 - Tuesday: “A move that will turn heads across the amusement industry and reinforce Six Flags' position as the home of world-class thrills.”

This is reporting being spread on Facebook
