So, hotel plans still postponed, but a new proposal using the land between Sea Harbor and Westwood for the project.

Seems like a good way to raise some cash for the company.

Selfishly, we don’t need more apartments in this area. Traffic is already bad enough.

Interesting that the proposal includes the land Renaissance is on too.
