That should be easy enough for them to do. Right now, the closest thing they have to an animal tour are the photos at the Highland Stables. Also, with all of the recent work in the Festa Field, the area should look a bit more hospitable. I think that visual aesthetics should be a concern when giving tours, especially the cheaper ones.
That's one of the reasons why they quit bringing guests backstage in the Globe Theatre. In both cases, from a normal guest perspective, those areas look horrible. However, to anyone that has an interest in those fields, it's amazing to see that kind of stuff.
Perhaps some re-structuring needs to be done either to the presentation, or the offerings themselves. I for one, would love to see the barns where they rotate out the Highland Stables animals. Maybe they could even give tour guests a chance to hand feed or throw treats to specific animals.
That's the type of thing that creates lasting impressions, as well as a "bridge" to understanding these magnificent creatures. To quote the President of The American Humane Association on the topic of SeaWorld: "You can't protect what you don't love, and you can't love what you don't know."
