We've gone over this Jonquil.... The first 7 years, a Ferrari is a steal (all maintenance covered). After that.... RIP your 401k.

children are super-expensive for about the first 25 years

PR, I haven't seen or heard anything on this topic. If anything is happening with it, it's being kept real quiet.

Now the lawsuit for securities violations is going forward. A couple of law firms are wanting investors who've lost $100K or more to contact them to see if they want to be part of the lawsuit. They are wanting it to be a class action type. This is what one of the law firms is basing it on: "the Company had not provided proper care for and had mistreated its Orca population leading to trainer and audience safety issues, that SeaWorld had continued to feature an Orca that had killed and injured numerous trainers, and that the decrease in attendance at its parks was caused by factors other than the improper practices revealed by the documentary film Blackfish." I know there's the other thread for this, and it can be moved there, but I thought I'd include it.

So in other words, you have to be a PETA loon and agree with a bunch of dubious ideological crap in order to join a suit that's actually about money?

Fucking lawyers...

Guys... Peta wont do anything.

They own 135 shares.

Let's assume they bought all these at the stocks high (they didn't but im making this easier). The high was $39/share. This means they had at most $5265 in value. As of today, they have $2767 in value. This means they have lost AT MOST, $2500. Reality is, it's closer to $1000. An hour of any decent lawyers time is worth more than that lost value. PETA buying SEAS stock is just a way to make headlines. Their ownership is negligible at best.
