Does it work like Willy Wonka's golden tickets? Everyone who finds a golden egg gets an exclusive behind the scenes tour during which one winner will be chosen to inherent Busch Gardens Williamsburg?

If so, this will be me on Friday:

And then the Apollo's chariot mechanics will roll you away?

I'm actually a bit surprised it happened today. I can't imagine that the Friday morning attendance is near what Saturday/Sunday is. Maybe this is a way of rewarding those making the trip early ahead of the weekend.

Then again, maybe they'll rehide the egg on Saturday and Sunday; but the wording of the original post didn't make it sound like they would.

Update: they responded to a post confirming they would not be. They seem confident that it is well-hidden. Will be interested to see if that confidence is justified.

Somebody mentioned in the facebook comments that there was a rubber duck in the reflection so have you checked sesame?

I searched Sesame. Really closely around the duck game and the boxes down towards Alpine Express.

We also checked all of the duck claw machines we know about (Oktoberfest and both in Festa).

Anyone else know anything duck related?

Ernie's ride was closed when I went over there. I'll look again on my next pass. Didn't see anything in the immediate area around the ride though.

Outside of the box has to factor in somehow..

Looked around New France's boxes, Tempesto's boxes... OktoberZest is a music box... Nothing there. Alpine Express has a box car but no dice at the train stations thus far...
