RE: Root of All Evil (2012 to Present)

I was going too, but I don't recall seeing anyone other than scare actors in the maze(It was really dark). They sprinted off as soon as we got out

Have we established yet what the eggs are, or what their purpose is? During the second weekend they had a man standing in that room, and he looked like a man working in a mine. I'm guessing it has something to do with that strange alien-like thing at the end.

I do think the house was vastly improved over last year. However, they are missing one very important thing: the pond scare. I wonder how they're trying to give character to the actors in the maze this year. I'm guessing the idea is that all of the actors are supposed to be zombies this year, which is why they don't say much. At least it's much better than last years notorious one-liner scare: "Don't touch my plants!"

RE: Root of All Evil (2012 to Present)

I have determined that when the park re-designed Root of All Evil this year, they also rethemed it. I mention this, and I believe CK will testify for me, that the maze is very much alien oriented with multiple alien references and/or designs.

That being said, I think the background of the story is that some aliens started to reside in the park's greenhouses.

I still can't get over the fact how this maze has drastically changed so much. I absolutely love it now, it has gone from worst to first in my opinion. It deserves a "comeback player" of the year award :p

I will say there are a few part where they probably could have used less fog. There were parts that were so foggy I couldn't see the path when it curved and I had so many opportunities to run in to another person or worse, a large prop or wall. I also feel bad for CK, watching him traverse through parts of the maze trying not to get stuck by things above.

Also me and CK have found an answer for free, yes free, Quick Queue that the team members couldn't prevent or stop other than "recognizing" someone. When you walk up to the exit the team member takes your QQ pass and you go on to pass the true exit of the maze and onward to the QQ entrance. What is there stopping someone from saying "Hey that as good lets go through a second time and just say we are doing QQ?" The team member at the QQ entrance has no card to check and only had good faith to rely on. A much more better and fail proof plan would be flash the QQ card at the exit, and then surrender your QQ card to the person at the QQ entrance. Quick, simple, and fail proof.

Why would one want to do that?

Why would any person want to punch or harm a scare actor?

I was asking the team member about it because it is a flaw that unhonest people can exploit.
