Two of the shortest lived attractions from Great Adventure's opening season were the Ride-A-Rama kids ride area, and the Happy Feeling petting/nature area. Both lasted only through the end of the 1975 season.

Ride-A-Rama featured just 5 kid friendly rides, boats, helicopters, two "umbrella rides" (you can still hear that horn/buzzer sound, can't you?), and a "moon bounce".

Happy Feeling featured all kinds of goats, deer, antelope, ducks, swans, geese, and the Snake House. All except the snakes could be fed by kids.

Both areas were removed for the 1976 season when the park's entrance was moved to its current location. Together they moved to the former entrance plaza as Kiddie Kingdom & Pet-A-Pet in 1976. The snakes went away and the former snake house became The Mad Hatter gift shop.

More parks need petting zoos to be honest. I spend an embarrassingly long time at the Cedar Point one whenever I go to Cedar Point.
