This looks like a relocation from the pile of unbuilt attractions at Niagara Amusement Park.

Just curious, was the play structure new or used when it was brought to Niagara ?

The Buccaneer Cove play structure came from Malibu Norcross outside of Atlanta, which was previously apart of Palace Entertainment, closed last year during Herschend's efforts to cut weight, and was liquidated by IRM Rides, who does business with IB Parks.

It's a similar but slightly smaller version of the attraction at Boomers Irvine, which went to Niagara and is still in storage there.
