The positivity is forced upon dissenters. Pure intentions wouldn't excuse the behavior anyways

If u see inelegant, completely unstylized repetitive support structures like those for the stall and choose to biomorphize them bc the track is purple I believe that suggests more good will than I feel the average customer will read into the structure, but I also acknowledge my negative bias. Everyone else denies how much they want to see this succeed because of the park's situation more generally and pretends like this is both the best roller coaster ever AND the best possible development for the park
This is neither the best coaster ever nor the best possible development for the park. Nobody is pretending it is. But that doesn't mean it's bad. We are using nuance, which appears to be a novel concept.

Inelegant, completely unstylized, you say?

Repetitive, you say? NOTHING like a bunch of triangles stacked inelegantly on top of each other, right?

yes, and I'll say it again. u people have the reading comprehension skills and thought permanence of 2nd graders

I'm also gonna guess this is ur first time encountering "inelegant" as it relates to a structure. It's obviously a subjective assessment but if we're gonna try to quantify it in the sense of "ratio of the length of track supported to the area/volume that it and its supports occupy" I think kingda ka's top hat has to be up there, probably outdone by superman escape from krypton, and maybe will be outdone by the tower section of phantom spire. we'll see

you're (collectively) not though. it's blind glazing to the point of satirizing those who don't agree

The thing is, it's not "forced positivity." We just genuinely like what we see. At least I do, and assume several others do.

Speaking of what I see: Every time I look I see a picture of this coaster, the first thing that comes to mind is a brontosaurus skeleton. Am I the only one? I'm sure that will change once the tower is finished, but in its current state, the inverted launch looks like the brontosaurus' back, and the partial tower looks like its neck.
Hmmm... a purple dinosaur... could this be... The Barney Coaster?
Would you say it looks more like a Apatosaurus or a Brontosaurus. It is still highly debated if the Brontosaurus is it's own genus.

Good question! My mind automatically goes to "brontosaurus" simply because I'm old enough to have been a kid at the museums in a time before the whole debate started and it was simply called a "brontosaurus." They also had the wrong head on it.

I said a while back it looks like the Loch Ness monster gliding on top of the water with it's hump and long neck sticking up out of the lake (ground). Maybe the theming should've been the giant killer sea serpent taking down ships? 🤪

Right on! I started visiting museums when they still had the skeletons dragging their tails on the ground and standing straight up. Brontosaurus will always be the OG. 😄
