No word from the park surprisingly. But yet to see if this ride will close tomarrow! This would be awesome if true. September 8 creeping up.

Any word on if this has closed down? I have mixed feelings, as it needs a massive overhaul, but I'm planning on going over Christmas and want to ride it!

I hope they actually follow through with this closing and refurb. SeaWorld needs to understand that no matter how lack luster they may be right now, they have one advantage over thousands of parks around the globe that they have the limitless potential to take full advantage of. THE’RE IN ORLANDO FLORIDA. They need to up there game in the theming department, and at the very least landscaping and a more modern aesthetic but on the topic of journey to Atlantis, this can easily be an e ticket attraction and they need to realize its potential and take advantage of it for the sake of their business and guests experience compared to other major companies in Orlando.

Yes, but please for your own sake learn the difference between there, their, and they’re. Our country’s literacy crisis thanks you in advance

If you’re old enough to be posting on here, you should have had this down for 5 years at least, and I’d argue longer
I don’t get the dismissive attitude especially over something like grammar. Feels like a very Reddit thing to do. English can be tough especially if it’s not someone’s primary language and we shouldn’t have people feel not worthy of posting because they might use the wrong “there.”

I’ve really appreciated my time on here to voice thoughts and receive feedback from others who enjoy this hobby. Nitpicking what someone posted without even acknowledging the thoughts they voiced will just discourage others from posting in the future and may give them a bad taste for the community as a whole.

@Roller_coaster11111 good on you for how you handled this

You’ll see I addressed his comments (briefly, but still) in my initial comment. I didn’t intend for my response to come off as abrasive, but I get tone is hard to communicate over text.

That said, our country is in a legitimate literacy crisis and I’m not gonna stop correcting people over the possibility that they don’t like being corrected. Nothing improves that way
