Yeah I would have guessed someone would scoop it up, but admittedly, it is a weird shape and pretty purpose-built for this location. Just a 170ft rectangular, not particularly interesting layout. Not sure how much of a loss this one ride really is, but unfortunate that the whole place went under.

I believe you, but link? And do we have any idea why? I know the SBF rides are cheap, but surely something THAT new would still have some resale value...?
I shouldn’t have said scrapped, that was poor wording on my part. It at least hasn’t been bought by Funspot. However I will note, that as I have ridden it, it was a very uncomfortable ride experience especially in the hamster wheels. Now with SBF visas there are going to be some bumps when you hit the drive tires, but on Fun in the Sun, the hamster wheels were downright painful, especially on the lift. The tires were way too far raised and was a very bumpy lift. This was noticeable in the spinning cars too, but because they only had a lapbar, it isn’t as bad. Maybe the parks don’t want to deal with that.

Confirmation: Rides 4 U, Fun Spot America celebrate and extend partnership

Recently, Fun Spot America has acquired five additional rides from Rides 4 U, adding to the parks’ already impressive lineup. The Hook and Slice (an SBF Mini Reverse Time) will be going to Atlanta, a Teacup ride (Visa) will be added to the Orlando location and an Umbrella Swing (Visa) will be coming to Kissimmee location.

Two additional attractions — a Tower Planes ride from Visa and SBF Space Guns attraction — have been purchased and are awaiting final placements by the Arie family.

Fun Spot has confirmed where each ride is going that they purchased. In terms of the coaster and drop tower from Funplex, they have been purchased by a southern US park and will be returning as part of that parks expansion! More to come on that at a later date.

In terms of the rides at Fun Spot, they have been on site at the Orlando location for a while now. The kiddie teacups has already been installed and is open at the park. The parks Mach Fun attraction is fully on site in the parks storage lot awaiting installation. Personally i believe the ride is going to go on the site of the parks Enterprise as it has been SBNO for a while and it is listed for sale. The Enterprise sign has also been covered up by a banner that says more fun is on the way with tools around the sign.

Here are links from my last two construction updates that better explain what i'm talking about.

Update #2

Update #3

Now update number three is interesting because ride parts from an attraction outside for the funplex attractions have arrived on site. Are they just being stored there? or are they going to be installed in one of the florida parks? at this point your guess is as good as mine. I'm leaning more to being stored there for the time being.

Hi friends!

Here is a very quick update for the new additions going to the Fun Spot parks next year.

As of now, more parts have made there way into/have become unwrapped in the parks storage area for the new attractions coming to the Florida Parks. As of now, no work has been done to remove enterprise, but the brakes were not on the ride allowing it to move freely with the wind. The items being stored from IAAPA have begun their removal and were being loaded up into a truck to be shipped away.

Here is a video showing off everything discussed.

I still find it annoying that funspot isn’t even trying to maintain this enterprise. For the like 3 months it was open this year I’d ride it multiple times per visit—usually around 4 times. Because it was that good. It reopening this year was the reason I renewed my season pass.

I didn't even know it was open for that long this year. I honestly don't remember the last time i saw the ride open.

Yeah, it reopened just around the time freedom flyer reopened this year and closed again just after July.

Hello Friends,

I visited both Florida parks the past few days to get a construction update on what is happening at both locations.

Starting with the Orlando park as of 2-4-25:

-As we know the kiddie tea cups has been in operation for a few months now!
-Nothing is really happening in terms of ride construction has taken place for Mach Fun.
-Enterprise is still on site and does not show any sign of being removed as of now.
-Over at the storage lot however, the parts for Up and Over Board have been being moved around and a new piece of equipment is on site! Seems like they are getting it ready to be moved to the Kissimmee park.

Kissimmee park as of 2-5-25:

-Nothing can be seen for construction of the kiddie swing rides. The location for the ride at this time is still a mystery as there is only under construction sign around the park.
-The adult swings in front of Mine Blower have been completely removed, the plot has been complete demo'd, and Up and Over Boards footer is fully installed. It seems like at this time they are compacting dirt around the footer. I wouldn't be surprised if the ride went up in the next few weeks with the current state of the site.
-No parts of either ride are currently on site from what I can tell.

Please let me know if you have any questions of if there is anything you would like me to cover at either park!

Thanks!

Up and Overboard is NOW OPEN!

A few days ago I had the oppertunity to attend the Media Day for Up and Overboard! The ride is a ton of fun! I rode it 3 times, each time it ran a different ride cycle. I'm not sure if this is going to be the case everyday or just the media day. I did ride it later in the day after the event ended and the ride ran a cycle that had fantastic hang time!

Also, the bumper cars has a whole new fleet of cars on them!

Feel free to check out my video to learn more about the ride!

It’s about damn time. That Tower Planes they bought to replace this is still sitting in the parking lot waiting to be built.
Yeahhhh maybe they shouldn't. What do you get when you leave a troubled piece of cheap SBF hardware sitting exposed in the elements for a year after it'd already seen no maintenance at its previous home? A friend went over there the other week and it looks BADDDD.

Hey Friends,

Here is a bit of an update from Fun Spot Orlando from 11-19-25!

ENTERPRISE IS OFFICIALLY GONE!

The rides pit is covered in tarps and most of the rides compound fence is gone as well. However the rides signage and queue line is still in place. Feel free to watch the video attached below to see more!

Also the parks Christmas decor is mainly up and looks great all around the park.

Enjoy!
