At this point it's they are looking at 2026 for openings. I can’t go into to many details right now but they face many of the same issues that BGW has with addition but without the economic an PR might that BGW has to fight them. It really is a shame cause the owners are some if the nicest people I'm the world and have contributed significantly to the areas for years. I look forward to seeing the project done an ready to go next year.
