A new permit was filed yesterday for Project APEX. According to the permit info, it’s for the alteration of an existing location that’s 20,500sq ft. Hopefully documents are added soon with a bit more info!

Sorry for the double post, but false alarm with this one! Documents were uploaded today that show this is an expansion of the Lion/Hyena habitat in the Edge of Africa.

The lack of a flagship coaster isn't BGT's problem, to be fair. BGT's problem is that it's priced like a flagship theme park and run like a near-death FEC—roaches and all.

Totally agree. That and a complete lack of flats and kids rides, aside from Sesame (which still has fewer rides than before). Seaworld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa used to be very close, if not top tier parks. They were designed to handle huge crowds, and they did so successfully. They were gorgeous and well maintained. As far as Busch Gardens Williamsburg has declined, it's not nearly as bad as the Florida parks.
Is Gwazi not a flagship coaster? Every enthusiast goes there for it. It's on almost everyones top 10 atleast.
He's just using data to back up your claim that it's a world class coaster.

Yea i know but him specifically vs any of the youtubers ect. Didn't know if hes like a known coaster ranker or something more particular
Captain Coaster in this context isn't a person, it's a website that throws everyone's rankings and reviews into an aggregate. So in this context, it means when taking everyone who uses Captain Coaster's rankings into account, Iron Gwazi comes out as number 2.
