Lol the reaction to the train everywhere but here is so sad. People get so spoiled by other things. Oh it doesnt have a giant built in raptor head on the train? TRASH. Completly oblivios to the colors/tribal design all over it ect.

Thoosie stupidity at its finest!

I'm glad Rapterra doesn't have an obvious birdhead mounted to the front car. So many of these B&M wing coasters are avian-themed and only a few have full on birdheads on them (e.g. Wild Eagle, Fénix, Parrot). Nobody bitched and complained about Thunderbird not having one.

It may be because the folks on here are more local to the park and understand the Jungle X lore better than random thoosies online. In Jungle X lore, the rides aren’t embodiments of the animals themselves but are man-made contraptions that give humans the power of animals.

Notice that of the three Jungle X themed rides that exist today, only one (Reptilian) really depicts the animal it represents on the ride vehicle — and even then, it’s an obviously artistically stylized design. Neither Tumbili nor Arachnidia ride vehicles are made to look like monkeys or spiders, respectively.

I suspect that in the lore of Rapterra, the story will be similar. We’re not supposed to be riding on an actual bird, but on an ancient machine built by the jungle’s inhabitants to mimic the flight of a bird.

Congrats to you KD fans, you really seem to have gotten a winner in rapterra, and jungle-X as a whole. Here’s to a bright future in the park.
Edit: Question: has jungle x been as much as a game changer as people say it has been?

Yes it has. Every ride that's been redone is themed really well for CF

More than just the ride theming, there is a comprehensive, area-wide story that includes all of the rides, restaurants, stores, and walkways. Even the Haunt scare zone is linked into the lore. Moreover, the park has used audio and visuals to create a cohesive, themed environment, and elements of the lore have been scattered across the entire land, inside buildings, at the attractions, and around the paths. The clues in the maps and other documentation also add to the mystery and story-telling and have been the source of much debate.

KD has never attempted anything as immersive and wide-ranging as Jungle-X.
