I've mentioned it before, but I think US parks are moving closer to the European model, where atmosphere and guest experience are just as valuable as the rides themselves. I think a combination of COVID teaching parks they aren't invincible financially, plus Epic Universe getting the INSANE amount of hype it's been getting has caused a lot of parks to refocus. Who knows though? KD was already on a good track before COVID.

My only real fever dream ask is for a dark ride renaissance at regional parks
I'd love a massive wave of Dark rides to be installed at regional US parks

I don't know how high maintenance they are, but I'd love to see a revival of the omnimover for regional parks. Small footprint, could maybe be pretty cheap, and broadly applicable for whatever theme the park would want. Not to mention they can cash in on classic dark ride nostalgia. Every park should have at least one dark ride imo. Anyway back to Rapterra

That’s just how companies ship their trains usually. There still could be some theming though.

I'm pretty sure B&M does not ship their wing coaster trains with their decorative center covers attached. I assume they are made from fiberglass and are at too much risk to be damaged if shipped attached to the train carriage. (Some assembly required).

Yeah, I'm desperately hoping for the lower portion of the building to be painted "Go Away Green" and the upper portion "Be Gone Blue" just like Comic Rewind's building. I worry it's pretty unlikely though.
I wonder if they’ll try on BGWs “you won’t even notice it when riding” to see if it fits.

I was looking at the building permits on the hanover website and I noticed there’s four new buildings they got approved back in June, and while it seems likely this is the Rapterra buildings the site plan we have which I believe was dated in December only has 3, the station, maintenance building, and electrical building. I find it hard to believe that either the glorified metal barn of a station, the maintenance shed, or the electrical building could cost 800k so Im curious as to what the expensive fourth building could be since to my knowledge there are only the three new buildings in anything announced so far.
