Seems KD's wing stays close to the ground in a couple places (going in and coming out of the 2nd element for instance). This is where the box track spine is bolted directly to the concrete footer. The footer itself is only 5-6 inches above grade level. Maybe some "near miss" structures around/over the track?

The shaping of that thing suddenly looks way funkier than anticipated, in the best way. Am I crazy or does the exit of the element look to be nearly inverted?
After seeing this in person, I can confidently say this first element is closer to an inversion than not. The end of the track right now looks to be banked at 120ish degrees, and there are likely still at least two more pieces needed to complete the arch.

The angle is messing with my brain and I can't imagine the type of inversion it will potentially become! Excited nonetheless.
As of 5:45 tonight they are actually on site working on some footers over between the launch and Arachnidia. Not much else to report on today

I'm not sure if we're still on the inversion discussion, but Flug der Dämonen is by far my favorite wing and 2 of its best 3 elements (airtime hill and post-immelmann helix) are non-inverting. I'd take a wing with a creative/risky layout 10/10 times. That being said, the demonic knot absolutely rules and I love a good inversion on a wing.
Yeah if we can just get a demonic knot where that turnaround is, anybody got the change order form?
While I am a huge fan of the darker green and gray color scheme, I can’t help but admit I’m still a little puzzled by the placement and choice of a green coaster next to another green coaster. I know they’re two different shades of green and noticeably different, but the choice still makes me scratch my head a bit. I wonder if they’re also planning on repainting Tumbili along with 305 for the anniversary. I doubt it, but just a thought.
I was thinking about this yesterday. You could make the case that the jungle is made up of a variety of shades of green. So, it might end up feeling like foliage from towering trees.
