I don’t know if this is entirely true, I’ve seen a couple of trademarks be dead for a couple of different names for the same attraction. I do think you are correct though that they could have applied for one and it’s not active or approved on the site yet.
You could keep the trademark active on a dead attraction by referencing it in other materials, selling memorabilia, or using it in some other context.

*SPOILER ALERT*

Before you read any further, the name of the 2025 B&M wing coaster is listed below. DO NOT read if you don't want to be spoiled.

So, Kings Dominion posted a teaser video on their Instagram that says the date they reveal the name for this coaster, and it has a bird theme. According to this patent, the only bird-themed trademarked name from Cedar Fair is "Thunderhawk"

What do you think of the name?

…Yeah this person is without a doubt another wannabe “insider”

I see zero twist in the track rising to the exit of the expected top hat (incl. in person). Wave turn instead maybe?

Wave turn instead maybe?
I hesitate to use the term 'wave turn' due to RMC's use of the element. I think it'll be more of a wall-stall; rise, curve, dive, very little change in banking. I'm still expecting my precreation to be something close to this:

The only thing I would change with this prediction is to lessen the bank angle at the very top. In my videos (and picture here) I think I guessed that it would be 140-150° and therefore classifying it as an inversion, but after seeing some the pieces on site, I'm now expecting it to be closer to 90-100°. Could be wrong.

I hope this first element after the launch reaches 158 ft in height to officially be the second tallest coaster in the park.

For reference, Dominator is 157 ft, Volcano was 155 ft, and Project 305's second hill is 150 ft tall. However, Thunderbird at Holiday World is only 140 ft tall.
I wonder which elements will be visible from
the parking lot/outside the park. Definitely the first element. But even the elements over the pathways might be visible from the parking lot as you can see Tumbili’s second level down.
