IF Flight of Fear gets a retheme to coinside with the Jungle-X area, at least the exterior will probably be themed to a Whey Foundation Research Center building. Not sure what the actual retheme would be, but thats just my guess.

Backlot, if rethemed, will definitely be rethemed to some sort of Jungle Chase/Expedition. Theme the cars to safari Jeeps or whatever, remove the traffic and road themeing, add some landscaping and paint, and you have a good ride.

I believe he was talking about the missing temples When he said last piece of the puzzle there is no reason that JungleX has to be just temples in fact you could argue that the theming of shops and restaurants already expands it beyond just the temples.

IIRC at the time B&M put sand in the supports and spine to help with sound and vibration. They didn’t for Big Bear because of the stress on unique supports due to the creek. This is why it has such a distinctive sound for a B&M.

But I can see B&Ms attitude being why nothing else gets put up. Then again given Legacy CF people are in charge and they’ve gone against OEM manufacturer recommendations before, wouldn’t shock me if they do what they want anyways.

Counter point to that is legacy CF has not been willing to even consider flipping a train around on Rebel Yell despite a fairly decent safety record during the Paramount years because Philadelphia Toboggan won't sign off on it.

My guess is that’s the ever so slight wheel gap that all coasters have. You may be hearing the wheels landing back on the track.
 
Love the effort being put in landscaping and making this area of the park immersive and lush with vegetation. BGW better learn, pantheon could have been so much more lively with it. Also interesting to see what happens with Flight of Fear. I guess this just leaves Backlot left to refresh as Anaconda could easily be tied in lore wise.

Can you elaborate? To me it suggests that they’re investing in the ride and putting effort into integrating it into the area. That seems like a green flag.

Or are they pulling down stuff and just redecorating the outside to hide a SBNO ride awaiting demo? Again no knowledge of such plans and I am probably being paranoid but looking at events elsewhere the thought did cross my mind
 
I think it's interesting that they're including FoF as a Whey Foundation project, and not as a separate, secret government base.

To me, that means they're either integrating the sci-fi theme really badly, or (hopefully) ditching the sci-fi all together.
