Yes and no? The teasers exist but are on the fences, that’s the old concept map that’s been around for a few years already.
If I'm not mistaken, the "excavation" area where the new coaster will be located has been added to that map.
Also, teasers have been going on for quite some time now, we just haven't seen much on social media yet. The campaign thus far has been pretty awesome and creative!

The piping doesn't come through there, though. You would see it on the top of the track at that segment if it did.
It looks more heat expansion focused because Pipeline has the same thing but Pipeline's gap isn't that big from the POVs I've seen.

Yea that's interesting. If you look carefully, there's also holes in the ties where a locking pin would go. It looks like a transfer track essentially. I would say it's perhaps a dynamic show section, but it doesn't look like it could slide left or right from this photo.
I'm definitely intrigued. I've never seen B&M do anything without a reason.
Heat expansion is usually taken up in various parts of the track and columns. They would not build a separated section of track for this purpose.
Well, whatever it is, they obviously have a reason, cause they've done it multiple times before:
