Good find! Although the picture makes it seem like the building opens directly into the track, with nowhere to go, instead of it being parallel to the track. Maybe it's just the angle, or because it's unfinished, but there's a wall currently where I thought the opening would have been.

I’m cautiously optimistic we’re gonna see more theming than was shown in the animation based on the sheer amount of delivery that has already appeared to show up, if that’s even all of it. Fingers crossed for a near miss of some kind!

They should put the rocks around the bumpy launch to really enhance the near miss effect. Will feel like you're getting thrown into the rocks for sure!
