Project 2022: Tumbili, Reptilian, Arachnidia, & Jungle X-Pedition

Of the inclination that this is going to be a multi-year project for Jungle 🙅-Pedition due to the Safari Village being tied in with Volcano.

I don't expect much in the way of new projects besides whatever Volcano's replacement is going to be. The rest will probably be retheming and updating to fit in with the new area theme. Big wish is Backlot being rethemed to a Jeep ride that enters a temple full of traps.

It was a nice announcement of the Tumbili, Haunt, and WinterFest additions.

I'm not surprised, but I would have liked to hear more details on the Jungle X-Pedition area retheme and if other rides are going to get rethemed/refreshed, such as nearby Avalanche and/or Scrambler. However, they did not announce the Ricochet/Apple Zapple retheme until February 2018 (Twisted Timbers was announced in August 2017), which I guess sparks some excitement during the offseason.

I don't feel like historically parks really announce ride re-paints unless it's a marketing ploy like Six Flags turning Medusa into Bizarro. A ride re-name I could see being announced later for something but Avalanche certainly did look very white in the background of that animation. Hopefully they give it a fresh coat of paint at least with all this downtime.
