Kind of reminds me of that scene in one of the Muppets movies where Gonzo's family made alien signs in random places that on a globe was a spiral... Something like that

Question: Has anyone plotted all of these points on one map yet? Is it possible that the locations themselves don't matter as much as the full collection of points?
That's a great idea. Except I'm not sure how to do it. Does Google Maps let you map out multiple points at once?

Use Google MyMaps - I'd suggest you stick all coordinates into an Excel sheet then upload them in vs freeform selecting them.

I wonder if the future public role in the current Safari Village area will be of an explorer or tourist.

Didn't CP get the River Expedition attraction for this year? (Was to be for 2020; but postponed till this year). Wonder, if they are looking at some sort of immersive attraction like that to be added to KD? The Snake temple could be the 4D Free-Spin theme and the rest of those locations be some themed scenes in a larger attraction?

i feel like all of the locations indicate an expedition. remember the original teaser posters from 2019? they said "expeditions on the horizon. if those are still relevant (which im not 100% confident in) that could be a theme for the ride, or rides, that are going in this plot.

It think we should look at this as a test if cedar fair could turn KD into a park like carowinds, so I dont think KD will get anything like snake river falls or mountain guardian unless this free spin does good

Cedar has not put much money (ie coasters) into KD over the past 10 years because of I305 failing to bring in the GP, but on the other carowinds has been getting coasters ever couple years. The reason why I say we should look at it as a test is because if this free spin/retheme does well and brings in crowds and or money then cedar fair will be more likely to keep adding coasters to KD, but if it fails KD will probably on get the volcano replacement and be banished to the realm of Michigan Adventures and vallyfair
I not sure by what you mean by a test to see if CF could make KD like Carowinds.

Kings Dominion absolutely cannot become like Carowinds. They've tried twice with major additions in 2010 and 2018 and the growth just did not happen for the park.

Kings Dominion's problem is it has too much regional competition and is in an isolated area which demotivates people to travel. Non-local customers are more likely to visit Busch Gardens Williamsburg, Hersheypark, Dollywood, or Carowinds instead of Kings Dominion. The main reason Carowinds got the nod over Kings Dominion for the southern flagship was because Carowinds' only notable competition are Dollywood over 3.5 hours away and Six Flags over Georgia 4 hours away and Charlotte has been one of the fastest growing cities in the United States the last 10 years.

Carowinds has the market to grow, Kings Dominion does not.

KD has plenty of room to grow, though to do so doesn’t require a lot of big rides, but rather events and experiences that draw repeat visitors and get people in looking for more than rides. Directionally they are doing well improving their food offerings, and if they could get a lineup of year round events, that would be a strong draw around the region.

Pretty much the only direction they have left to go at this point and it's kind of disappointing Cedar Fair hasn't pushed them to try harder. Kings Dominion would be a great park to find out the benefits of an expanded show line-up and full season events calendar. As much as I love the vibes of Grand Carnivale Cedar Fair doesn't really do much in terms of shows besides that one big centerpiece show (i.e. Cedar Point's 150th show as well), and the small character or band performer shows.

They have Haunt and Winterfest that both draw really well, but besides that there are significant gaps where the only attractions are the rides and water park, which just isn’t enough.

I Dont think theres any excuse for KD not adding new coasters if anything the other parks like BGW, Hershey, SFGA and so on should make KD want to add more coasters and such rather than let parks like BGW get confirmable. but either way we can all agree If this and the volcano replacement flop then we can push KD into the low tier parks list
