I thanked the guy who told me take mine off afterward!
I know I had some that would easily fall off, this pair doesn't move on my head so it is annoying. And what am I supposed to do with them at that point? I can't carry a case with me in my pocket. I"m not about to leave them on the platform. I walked past multiple employees and no one said a word until I sat in the train seat.

For the record, I'm not annoyed that I can't wear them, I'm annoyed about this being enforced at the last minute. Maybe it's on me to know this, but it was news to me yesterday. I would have taken a different approach to handling a nearly 700 pair of glasses than shove them in my pocket with other things.

They do actually sell straps at the shop beside the restroom at the top of the hill just passed the ticket booth and at the emporium. Once they started enforcing it for Nessie during HoS and Apollos during CT, I just always go prepped.
I guess I'll buy a strap. I'd rather at anytime ruin my glasses than have something fly into my eyes. Not to mention I just want to see!

I never liked going backwards on coasters with glasses until I started always wearing an eyeglass strap at parks. If I don’t it feels like my glasses are going to fall off.
Y’all been wearing your glasses on roller coasters? Even if they were glued to my head I wouldn’t trust them not to fly off and leave me blind. I always wear cargo shorts/pants or something with a zipper for a glasses case.

The only ride that I indeed wouldn't trust them on that I have been on is Twisted timbers. I'd have no issues wearing them on pantheon.

The ride. Is it a good ride, yes, is it great?? I don't think it's great, but maybe that is due to it being superceded by another like ride. I think it's the best coaster in the park though. After riding velocicoaster, the only great part of this ride is the swing launch IMO. I wish you crested the tophat with more speed. The rest of the layout is fun but doesn't have any great wow factor. I always thought the layout would be too short and it certainly is. It would have been nice to have more play in the infield.

So I've been wondering if they slowed down the launch. Because I can't see how there is such a drastic difference between the test runs and how it runs now. I don't know why they would slow it down, but SeaWorld loves to make BGW enthusiasts mad, so I wouldn't put it past them....but anyway do you think they did or is there just a massive temperature difference between now and the test last year around the same time?
