I'm planning on picking up my magnet tomorrow. And if I happen to get on a third new coaster in February 2022, all the better!
im going to be there tomorrow anyway, and i dont really plan on being out of festa most of the day so if it happens, oh man im gonna be on it as soon as it opens. i think the main pointer to it happening is if the barrier is off the bridge to the plaza.
I will be there to, but I doubt they will soft open it, and I just wanna see it run.
Bridge barrier is both nailed and screwed in. So it could be removed but it will definitely be noticeable if the prepare to do so. My source my own eyes as of 2 minutes ago.
If yesterday is indication probably mist if not all of the day

While this is an Intamin and it very much could be legitimate downtime, they could also be doing mock evacuations right now.

Probably just training. They will often do that with supervisors/other employees on-board to practice with real people on-board. Before year round operations, today (last Sunday in Feb or first Sunday in March) was usually the day they did this training all over the park. I would say that it's a good sign as they must have everyone who is working on the ride practice this before opening.

In my assessment, any point from here on out when the park is open that isn't an announced Preview or Passport to Thrills event time, is quite likely to have soft openings.
