What we’re gonna have to see is if Pantheon runs one train ops most days or not. I hardly ever ride tempesto because I know the line cannot be quick because of low capacity.

Hopefully the governor gives us some good news later this month.

It's not about capacity restrictions, it's about consumer demand, market environment, and staffing.

BGW is getting PUMMELED online right now—not because Pantheon isn't open, but because the rest of the park isn't open. Restaurants, shops, other rides—everything else should be prioritized before Pantheon.

Yeah, I’ve gone 3 times since Christmas and I really don’t have a desire to go back until Nessie, the sky ride and Alpie are back open because outside of pantheon there really isn’t much to do. The rides that would normally disperse kids and parents throughout the park just simply aren’t there so even with limited capacity you’re looking at some super long lines for Invadr of all things.

This is why I am heading back to Florida again and have been spending more time at SEAS parks there. To sit on 64 between Richmond and Williamsburg for a few rides just isn't worth it at the moment. And I figured the crowd sizes were going to make things a hot mess at BGW last week and this week. Looks like I hit that assessment right on the money.

I wish I just had to go on 64. I’ve got 295 and 95 to deal with. The reason I’ve got platinum is it effectively makes the visit free outside of gas. Even in 3 visits I’ve got my money’s worth by saving $300 on some clocks (if you go in the German clock shop and wonder why the clock display looks unorganized it’s because I bought a cuckoo clock). But with effectively just Apollo’s Griffon(which has a rattle) and Verbolten, the gas is not worth the return on investment of 3 rides.

Is late May a realistic timeline for opening ? I know it’s been discussed before but I think BGW could really capitalize. I don’t get why parks sit on a completed ride such as IG and Velocicoaster you could only make more money by opening it. But then again I don’t know the business side of it only from a consumer standpoint.
Talk to some of the engineers last week and thet said they were shooting for early may or Memorial day (take with grain of salt, all tho it seems to be more likely each day)

I have seen EXTREMELY strong evidence that it will be ready to have actually riders on it before the end of April. I also seen evidence that the park WILL have riders on it in that time frame. How soon after that they decided to open it to the public I can't say.

We could get a good, which is a early May opening, or we could an iron Gwazi and it opens in 15 years after buschhhhhhhhhhhh rebuys BGW

Can confirm, iv been hearing the same thing

Pantheon and Iron Gwazi not opening for 2021 would probably sink SEAS in which case they'll get bought out by, I don't know, Merlin and neglected.
I’m thinking the reason that SEAS isn’t opening IG yet is because they have faith in Pantheon opening soon, so they can say “new for Memorial Day at Busch Gardens: two of the best coasters on earth”
